If you’re having trouble logging in or need to reset your password, follow the steps below.

Resetting Your Password

Go to the reset page

Submit your email

Enter the email address associated with your Commure Scribe account and submit the form.

Open the reset link

Check your inbox for a password reset email and click the link inside it.

Set a new password

Choose a new password. You’ll see a brief green confirmation notification once it’s been changed — it’s subtle, so watch for it.
After resetting your password, you’ll be redirected to the recording screen. Log in with your new password going forward.

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you’re seeing an unexpected login screen, a session timeout, or just can’t get in, try the following:
  • Reset your password using the steps above.
  • Clear your browser cache and try logging in again.
  • Check your signup method — if you originally signed up through the iOS App Store, make sure you’re logging in at scribe.commure.com using the same email address.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact our support team with the email address on your account so we can investigate further.
