# Accessing Your History of Scribes

> Learn how to view and edit your previous notes in the My Scribes tab.

Your **My Scribes** tab is where all your previous notes are stored for review and editing. Here's how to use it:

## 1. Locate Past Notes

* Go to the **My Scribes** tab from the main menu.
* Use the search bar to quickly find notes based on patient name.

## 2. Review and Edit

* Click on a note to review its content.
* Make edits directly in the note.
